Domex is now extending our expertise to offer on-site service and repairs on e-bikes and bicycles. We are actively hiring proficient bicycle mechanics to join our team of mobile bike engineers at Domex Bikes Ltd!

You will be responsible for servicing and repairing our customers bikes while also providing the highest quality customer service from our fleet of mobile workshop vans.

What will your responsibilities be in this role?

• Service and repair customer bikes.
• Accurately inspect, diagnose, and fix issues and faults in the required time frame.
• Conduct services and repairs to the highest standards and with maximum reliability.
• Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventative measures to customers.
• Stock control on parts and consumables.

What skills and experience do you possess?

• Full manual driver’s licence.
• Proven experience as a bicycle mechanic (at least 1 year of experience).
• Excellent knowledge of the cycle industry. e-bike experience is preferred.
• A can-do attitude and problem-solving mentality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A strong commitment to health and safety guidelines
• Cytech qualification is preferred.
